At Klaro Cigars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from damage.

• 3.
  Download and Print Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
